In 1971, Vancouver entrepreneur George Tidball founded The Keg Steakhouse & Bar in North Vancouver, Canada. David Aisenstat, Vancouver restaurateur and businessman, purchased The Keg Steakhouse & Bar legacy in 1997. Today, he lends his vast hospitality experience as The Keg's President.
